Jaguars defensive end Reggie Hayward missed two days of voluntary “Organized Teams Activities” this week. When he returned, he was placed with the second team.“ I’m not upset about it ,” he said of the demotion. “I’ll work my way back.” Still, the demotion technically constitutes a violation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
