While the UNC baseball team wasn't able to come home with the national title, the team did bring home something that not many had thought they would get, and it is the first time ever for a Carolina baseball team.

However, better late than never comes into play, and I write this small blog to welcome aboard the new UNC Men's lacrosse head coach, Joe Breschi.
Hansbrough & Dawson in the running for ESPY's Athlete of the Year
unc5corners.blogspot.com 7/2/2008 — Tyler Hansbrough won most of the awards that were available to win last year, as he cleaned up the National Player of the Year candidacy. But, unbeknownst to him there is yet one more that he could win, thanks to his great season at Chapel Hill.
