North Carolina (47-8-1) won their tenth game in a row as they beat Winthrop (30-16) in a double header. The Lady Heels took the first game by a score of 4 to 3 and in the second game they won 2-0.

The Lady Heels softball team managed to win a double header against in state rival the Wolfpack on Senior Day by the slightest of margins in both games.

UNC falls to Duke in ACC Tournament

North Carolina, the twelfth team in the nation, met Duke, who is the second best team in the country. When it was all said and done, unfortunately, it was clear which team was ranked higher and why.
