A little blog caught my eye as I was reading around the ACC blogosphere. It talks about the Appalachian State head coach wanting to play North Carolina. Even stating that coach Jerry Moore has tried to schedule the Tar Heels in his schedule and that Carolina has "balked" at it.

I am going to respectfully skip McNeese State, as it is a Division IAA, err, a Football Championship Subdivision, team and I am not going to find much about them, and I know even less of that team. So I will begin with the second game of the season against Rutgers.
