FoxSports is reporting that someone close to the situation has indicated that Ty Lawson will now test the waters (meaning he will not hire an agent just yet). This has now been confirmed by the University of North Carolina on their Athletic Web Page. He is not the only one going to test the waters, as Wayne Ellington will do the same.
