Maiocco and Barrows have discussed a potential uniform change by the 49ers for some time now, and Barrows came out with a few more details today .  It sounds like any uniform change would probably not be in place until 2010 because of the administrative requirements.  In the meantime, the 49ers will apparently be holding some focus groups during the public sessions of training ...
