Michael Vick's 23 months in prison are from the federal case only; He might get more if the state of Georgia decides to try him for state crimes.
For reference Leonard Lewis got 3 months for killing someone while drunk driving, and current Edmonton Oilers coach Craig MacTavish got 12 months for vehicular homicide.

ummfada Vick also commited perjury, though not charged. Vick's sentence was at the discretion of the presiding Judge (Sidenote: IMO Vick should've got a year, He's not exactlt a "Danger to Society" or even a Dog's society) He would've got probation if He had went to Oprah.
