Riley Cote Brings the Pain, This Time for Good
The Sporting Blog — ... for tattoos. He told the Philadelphia Daily News that he's considering auctioning one off in the near future to benefit a charity, mostly likely the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, to which he donated $27,000 earlier this month. His sister was diagnosed with MS in 2000. So even as he's visited horrible pain on others on the ice, he's alleviating it for those in dire straights off it. Which is probably at least a karmic wash. Game Preview: Bruins vs Flyers
Stanley Cup of Chowder — ... will play another back to back game, tonight against the Flyers.  This is the first meeting of the young season for the Bruins and Flyers.  The boys in black and gold will look to stabilize their play, while the Flyers will look to snap a 3 game losing streak. Notes: -Simon Gagne has yet to score a goal this season, that just made me smile as he is one of my most disliked hockey players - Riley Cote should worry less about tatooing his fans and more about actually cracking the lineup. -The Flyers ...
