In this one big man Etan Thomas got less than 10 minutes for the Wizards. In that short time he scored 2 points and didn't do much else. In this one, Antawn Jamison went for a double double, as he scored 25 points (game high) and grabbing 12 rebounds. In the 40 minutes of playing time the ex Tar Heel also had 4 assists and 2 steals for his Wizards, but it was not enough as Washington (1-7) fell 94 to 87 to Miami (6-5). In this one ex big man Etan Thomas was on the floor for the Wizards, but didn't start as he has done for most of the young season. In all the ex SU center got about 16 minutes, scoring 2 points and grabbing 5 rebounds in all. ... ex Heel also had 3 assists and 1 steal in the game. For the home team, the Atlanta Hawks, we have another ex UNC forward in the starting five. Of course I am speaking of Marvin Williams, who played close to the whole game (45 minutes) and also recorded a double double, with 21 points and 14 boards. Williams also had 4 assists and 2 steals on the night. In the end the Hawks (7-4) stop their 4 loss skid as they beat the Wizs (1-8) 91 to 87.
