Official event site: Brian Ching, the Houston Dynamo's star forward, was warmly received in his home state of Hawaii on Sunday afternoon, as he and his teammates arrived for the inaugural Pan-Pacific Champinoship to be held at Aloha Stadium starting Feb. 20. Ching will be playing in his first professional match in Oahu, his home island this coming Wednesday when they face Sydney FC (ESPN Classic).

(10 pics) Official event site: A-League's Syndey FC will meet the current MLS Cup champions, the Houston Dynamo, on Wednesday night at Aloha Stadium in their first match of the Pan-Pacific Championship (shown live in the U.S. on ESPN Classic and ESPN360.com). The other two teams in this inaugural four-team PPC tournament are the previous MLS Cup holders LA Galaxy and Japan's J-League Gamba Osaka.
