... but when that doesn’t work he just kinda throws up his hands and says “arrest me”.
He turns around with his hands behind his back to get it over with before the cops even ask.
For a moment there, I had my doubts that Rafer was actually drunk, but while in the car he asks why he’s being arrested (you just told them to cuff you, big dummy!)… then he says he’s only had 2 drinks when he previously said 3 or 4.
