I'm a day late with this one, but it's too good to pass up: Red Sox owner John Henry and Sox chairman Tom Werner had fun messing with Red Sox CEO Larry Lucchino's head. We know this because Werner disclosed Sunday in the Boston Globe that he and Henry were in cahoots during a plan last week to deliberately punk Lucchino, whose temper is legendary. Werner said in an e-mail that he disguised himself as Wally the Green Monster as part of a prank: So I wanted to play a practical joke on Larry," he revealed in an exclusive e-mail yesterday. "John Henry was in on it with me. I told John to get Larry down to the field at 12:30.
