OAKLAND, Calif. - Chien-Ming Wang's return may not be far
off. Wang, who was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right
hamstring just before the season began, started yesterday in Tampa in an
extended spring training game against Devil Rays minor-leaguers. He threw 55
pitches in five excellent innings plus another 15 in the bullpen. Wang gave up
one walk and no hits, ...
