Is Preston Parker trying out for Duck Tales' Beagle Boys? The Florida State wide receiver was arrested for the second time in the last 12 months Saturday and charged with DUI first offense. Parker allegedly was found asleep at the wheel of his Dodge Charger in the drive-thru of a Tallahassee McDonald's and admitted to drinking and smoking pot.
