    Ward's hit should not and better not be fined!!!  It was a totally legal hit, if you watch the replay closely, Hine's helmet hit Rivers on his left shoulder, it might have slid up to the helmet after, but the initial contact was on the shoulder.....I think that he might have broken his jaw by hitting the ground hard....either way, the hit was legal!!!
