Free agent wide receiver Kelley Washington has agreed to terms on a contract with the Patriots. Washington spent 2007 in New England and was utilized mostly on special teams. He was cut after the season because of a large roster bonus due to him but wanted to stay in the silver and blue and now will spend at least 2008 back in Foxborough.
