I reviewed the book "The Marshall Story" several months ago . The book tells the story of Marshall football, including the 1970 plane crash that killed 75 people, including the football team, coaching staff and several prominent boosters. Lou's Pep Talk took a brief hiatus last week and you could argue it took another tonight. Lou Holtz was having a good stretch as far as delivery is concerned over the past month, but tonight missed the mark as bad as a Rex Grossman post pass. Something about people missing the Cornhuskers, sexism and racism, it really didn't make a whole lot of sense to me.
