“This is something you have to think through before doing anything one way or the other,” Claxton told the paper about the possibility of surgery. Speedy Claxton, who signed a four-year deal worth $25 million with the Atlanta Hawks in July 2006 and is facing microfracture surgery, will miss the rest of the season due to an injury to his left knee according to a published report.
