Jake Westbrook According to Paul Hoynes of the Cleveland Plains Dealer (click here for the article), the Indians’ Jake Westbrook will be out of action for the rest of this season, as well as the early part of next season, due to Tommy John surgery.  Westbrook had been pitching well this season, going 1-2 with a 3.12 ERA and 1.15 WHIP over 34.2 innings of work.  With Fausto Carmona also out of action for the time being, this is definitely a blow to the Indians.  If you happen to own him, especially in yearly leagues, it is safe to drop him as it will be some time before he can ...
