... So, while it’s very close, we’re still comfortable with Berkman winning. Whether or not he will, of course, is another story. Indeed, some have already taken up the case for Manny. Pujols has support from near and far. Berkman isn’t even being mentioned, and the oft-mentioned Ryan Howard didn’t even crack our top 20. As was the case last year, the most valuable player isn’t always the MVP. Will it be true again in 2008?
