As the threesome of Lawson, Ellington and Green prepare for the pre-draft work out and then the individual ones (if they get any) and as Alex Stepheson says good by to Chapel Hill, transfering close to home due to illness in the family, we have to look at what next year could be. [link]

I'm trying to dedicate more and more time to the future, and letting the past, or better yet the three players (Lawson, Ellington and Green) thinking about leaving, be for a while. In a good article I found on rivals.com it speaks about one of the recruits that has verbally committed to the University of North Carolina.

Once again another well deserved accolade has been bestowed upon head coach Roy Williams. Last night at the North Raleigh Hilton Coach Williams was inducted into the North Carolina Hall of Fame.

As of today one player for sure is gone from last year's basketball team, and weird part is that it isn't any of the three testing the waters.

As if one player leaving a North Carolina team was not enough there is a second one that has departed ways with the UNC athletic program. And while Alex Stepheson is leaving Chapel Hill due to a family health issue, this second one's only silver lining is that it's not another basketball player.
