Over the past few days, there’s been a whole to-do about some knuckleheaded Boston Red Sox fan/construction worker burying a David Ortiz jersey into the concrete of the new Yankee Stadium. According to a story on nydailynews.com, the Yankees would like the city to press charges against prankster Gino Castignoli, and the team is also considering suing him for the estimated $30,000 it cost the team to excavate the Red Sox jersey this weekend.
