... a team that won 13 in a row at one point and then 17 of 18, it is odd that Portland is only 3 games over .500. I think it is due to a combination of things. Brandon Roy missed some time, which is never a good thing. Add that to their inexperience, reliance on outside shots, the rest of the League figuring them out and the fact that they could not stay that hot forever, and perhaps it is not that surprising.
