Yesterday at work, I hurt my back bending to pick up a piece of paper behind my desk, and had to lay on the floor in an empty office until I felt good enough to try and stand up again. It sucked. I'm not sure if it's related to any of the rehab I've been doing for major knee surgery, but it's quite possible.
