Another 30-game Winner Just Isn’t Possible

I couldn't agree more, another 30-game winner is never going to happen. As the article says pitchers just don't get enough starts each year. For a pitcher to even approach 30 wins, clubs would have to go back to a four man starting rotation and I certainly would not hold my breath on that.
