As the Cowboys are still at impasee with receiver Terry Glenn regarding whether the veteran with the rickety knee will agree to accept a significant pay cut if said knee implodes, their backup plan could be to swing a deal for disgruntled Falcons receiver Joe Horn , according to Adam Schefter of NFL Network. Horn has made it clear that he wants to be traded out of Atlanta, and so a deal to Big D would make sense. The Cowboys need to do something/anything to improve their capacity at No. 2 wideout across from Terrell Owens.  Sure, they didn’t have Glenn for most of 2007.  But if they aspire to win a playoff game for the first time since 1996, they need a stronger option than Patrick Crayton or Sam Hurd.
