 White removed from 40-man roster
Steven White , a Triple-A pitcher, has been removed from the 40-man roster, according to the Post's Joel Sherman . He passed through waivers and will remain with the team. White has struggled this season, going 4-4 with a 6.61 ERA in 64 innings. He has split his time between the rotation and bullpen, and obviously hasn't been successful at either. [link]
