Who is in and who is out? A Look at UCLA Football's Soft Commits for 2008

As far as I can tell, there are 3, maybe 4 commits that I would be concerned with. First, the retention of DeWayne Walker along with the hiring of Norm Chow has radically changed the recruiting landscape of southern california, and arguably the country.
