Based on the lineup posted below, you'll understand the importance of these updates. At least the first two. * Lastings Milledge, out since June 28 because of a groin injury, will begin his rehab assignment tomorrow when he joins the Nats' rookie ball affiliate in the Gulf Coast League. Already, according to Manny Acta, Milledge has been running and taking swings -- yes, those good ol' "baseball activities." Chico Harlan of the Washington Post (click here for the post) is reporting that Lastings Milledge is set to begin his rehab assignment tomorrow.  He has “been running and taking swings”, so we’ll have to wait and see how long he needs to rehab for.  Just sit tight if you’re waiting on him, it probably won’t be too much longer. Harlan also speculates that Ryan Zimmerman will return to the Nationals this Tuesday, though that is certainly unconfirmed.  He has played a few games in his rehab, going 5-17.  He struggled earlier this season but he should not be on the waiver wire.  ...
