Roma midfielder David Pizarro has hit out at Manchester United ’s Cristiano Ronaldo saying that his tricks are unnecessary and show a lack of respect for the opposition. He says Ronaldo is a show off and big headed. Whilst this comment has all the hallmarks of being a great big dish of sour grapes, I wonder if he has a point.

You cannot deny the guy has talent & I think most of the back-lash to his skills is pure jealousy & sour-grapes. If you can do that kinda stuff on th epitch at the highest level why not show what you can do. I know he got labelled a 'one trick pony' not so long ago but he has improved ten-fold since then. A lack of respect says Pizarro? Ronaldo just has the skills. end of.
