If it wasn't for the untucking nonsense, I would be pulling for this team.  Their fans deserve it, after all these years of not winning anything.

Unfortunately, the blatant disrespect these punks actually playing for this team showed towards the teams it barely beat in 2008 has caused me to despise them.  I'll be rooting for whomever plays the Brewers, even if it is the hated Cubs.

... couch. I might even let him take the cone off his head for a bit. It's Yovani Gallardo vs Cole Hamels at 2 today. Let's start with the previews and predictions: Another Baseball Blog has the Brewers at 46% to win the series. Baseball Digest Daily has three keys for victory for each team. Cardinals Diaspora has the Phillies in 5. The Good Phight has the Phillies winning in 4. Some guy named Jeff Sackmann predicted a Brewer victory over at The Hardball Times. Two other, less knowledgable ...

... to add to what's already been said, so let me link you instead: Check out the NLDS rosters for the Brewers and Phillies, the latter including a certain left-handed outfielder you may be familiar with. Six non-roster players will also be on the bench for the Brewers, with four more in attendance but not in uniform. Quick, spot the prominent name whose whereabouts remain unmentioned. The Frosty Mug collected a lot of predictions, including Jeff's, contrary as usual. Dixie breaks down Phils Game 1 starter Cole Hamels. ...

Gameday Thread

... put up a proper Game Thread this evening, but there should be plenty to talk about as we rev up for--finally!--a MUST WIN game. Here's some stuff from the official site: The Brewers are one of *four* 0-2 teams hoping to buck some disturbing odds. All eyes are on Dave Bush. Bud Selig's going to be there. Pass. The sentence "x has been great for the Brewers" is true if and only if x = "The bullpen." The series hasn't gone exactly as I hoped, but if we're the underdog story , we're following the script to a tee. Bonus link: Attanasio wants ...
