The Red Sox are seven games up on the Yankees, looking as though they have a legitimate chance to end the Evil Empire’s stranglehold on the AL East. Enough with the wild-card spots. It’s about damn time the Sox won a pennant. But looking at the current 25-man roster, I’d say this is the year the Sox not only win the AL East for the first time since 1995 [link]
