There are rumors swirling that the New York Jets, Detroit Lions and San Francisco 49ers have been involved in tampering around the NFL this off-season. With free agency still 2 days away, it will be interesting to see what the league's response (if any) will be. [link]

The Detroit Free Press' Nicholas J. Cotsonika reports that New York Jets linebacker Jonathan Vilma visited the Lions today. The former first-round draft pick, who is recovering from a knee injury, is seeking a trade, and was given permission by the Jets to talk with other teams.
