From Michael Russo at Russo’s Rants, Wild isn’t confirming, but I heard from them a couple hours ago that there would be a smaller signing this afternoon. While the team doesn’t have a signed contract yet for Miettinen, this appears to be it. More later.

He had one goal, one assist in 15 playoff games... He signed on for $2 million, $2.5 million, $2.5 million on a tres-year deal. Call it a 28th birthday present for the Wild.
