The Orlando Magic management has a simple credo when making decisions: "Is Dwight cool with it?" Some superstars have received negative coverage for getting coaches fired but so far there have been no objections to Dwight Howard's role in Brian Hill's departure, even though the team is hardly doing better this season than it did last season.
