Redskins writer Greg Trippiedi wrote "James Thrash’s numbers really can’t decline any further if he is going to be on the team again this year. Anthony Mix is going to get a roster spot, and if the team signs DJ Hackett, then he needs a roster spot. James Thrash, at best, is looking like the 5th receiver at this time. Of course, that would ensure him a roster spot for one more season." [link]

Looks like there is no doubt that Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DJ Hackett becomes an unrestricted free agent Friday. And its pretty likely that he won’t be playing in Seattle next season.
