I believe Willie Larry Randolph (his first name isn't William?) should be fired as the manager of the New York Metropolitans.

After his little "Is it race?" gaffe, and the subsequent round of apology , Willie Randolph would be correct in thinking himself all but fired from his job as manager of the Mets.
