Dontrelle Willis According to Jason Beck of mlb.com (click here for the article), Dontrelle Willis has been activated from the disabled list, though he will not be returning to the starting rotation.  Instead he will pitch out of the bullpen while Armando Galarraga remains in the rotation. I would expect that this is just a temporary situation, with Willis returning to the rotation after he gets everything figured out, but I guess that is no guarantee.  Willis was not very impressive in his minor league rehab stint, posting a 4.41 ERA over 3 starts.  What is more disturbing was the walks iin his past two outings.  Over just 11.2 innings he walked 7 batters, while striking out 7, ...
