Red Wings’ leading scorer — limited once again by back spasms — could do during the team’s paintball excursion. The injury is casting doubt on his availability for tonight’s game against the Kings and Wednesday’s at Anaheim — and threatening to necessitate him pulling out of Sunday’s All-Star Game in Atlanta.
