FACT: Kellen Winslow's unknown "illness" is apparently a pair of oversized balls. And no, I don't mean footballs. I mean like, man balls. All I can say is, ouch. For both Kellen Winslow, AND the Browns "Offense" (quotes signify questionable validity of the Browns Offense's existence). What a way to spend a Friday...ugh. That. [Redacted]. Sucks.

Actually, one explanation for the situation is a condition known as hyrdocele. And while the condition in itself isn’t serious, it could be a symptom of testicular cancer.
