... Kellen Winslow was hired as the athletic director at Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio. He will lead the school into full NCAA Division II membership in the fall. What makes this university think they can just call themselves Central State U? Shouldn't they be obligated to add the Ohio into the name? Wouldn't that clear up a lot of confusion? ...
