To say John Lannan, American Hero, was "in the dark" in last night's 11-4 loss to the Pittsburgh P-Rats just doesn't do justice to his performance. But hey, pitchers, especially young pitchers, are going to struggle from time to time. Some nights you just need your offense to pick you up.
