With his three All-Star teammates resting, Rajon Rondo had 23 points and 10 rebounds, leading the Boston Celtics to a 99-93 victory over the New York Knicks on Monday night in what may have been Isiah Thomas' final home game as Knicks coach. Boston improved to 65-16 despite giving Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen the night off. [link]

... nitpick of the night: Don’t get me wrong, I love KG - but it pisses me off when he doesn’t join the team on the bench. I can understand when he’s injured, because it’s possible that he’s getting treatment during the game. But why can’t the man just throw on a suit and join his boys on the bench?
