 With Ching ailing, Jaqua prepares
Houston Dynamo head coach Dominic Kinnear probably didn't have this week's particular scenario of replacing star striker Brian Ching for MLS Cup in mind when he acquired Nate Jaqua from the Los Angeles Galaxy at midseason. [link]

I'm sure Jack Jewsbury is pleased with MLS today

Nate Jaqua is rewarded for his play with a feature by the league. Hooray for forearm shivers! It's ridiculous that he wasn't red carded during the game on Saturday, and even more ridiculous that MLS wasn't able to find the foul on video and penalize Jaqua (like they did with Clint Dempsey last year after his elbow on Jimmy Conrad), but it's most ridiculous that MLS decides to hype up this guy going into the Cup final this Sunday.
