Simms wasn't whinning last yeat when the Bucs handed him $2 million and knew he probably wouldn't play, as did Simms. Now that he feels healthy, Simms wants to be traded. If he wanted to choose where he wanted to go he could have refused to sign last year and the Bucs would have loved to have released him. ... [link]
