Decades of Vets Posted on Jul. 21, 2007 at 7:18 PM So the final word on Mr. Escobar is he's going to Viera, FL for some shoulder treatment . Which means he also gets to keep his 5 days of rehab when he comes back. Today was an awesome day at the ballpark. Not just the win. Or the great pitching by Mikey Bacsik. But it was the fairly large crowd that made it a great day. For the first time I can remember all season you could actually hear most of the stadium singing take me out to the ball game. The pre-game was touching for all the Vets out there, and Teddy had a sign saying thanks to our Vets. But my highlight was the paratroopers aka Black Death. Ridiculous.
