Monster find today by Red Sox Monster's newest favorite email tipster, NESW Sports . Apparently, John Mayer, floppy-haired crooner, may have been sitting behind home plate for part of the Oakland-Boston series in Tokyo. And apparently, he's either got a really warped sense of humor or he's a real baseball moron. Check the video: "... And then THAT happened!" I could get used to hearing that on ESPN, actually. ... who scored some pretty sweet tickets to one of the opening games between the Red Sox and A's in Japan. Maybe he doesn't know much about baseball (or maybe he's just acting silly for the camera), but I could totally go for listening him for a game instead of half of the announcers out there who don't want you to forget that they know more about the game than you do.
