Real estate mogul Sam Zell finalized the deal last week to buy Tribune Co., which owns the Chicago Cubs. Now the company's CEO, Zell has decided to sell the Cubs and likely the naming rights to Wrigley Field, the second oldest ballpark in MLB, opening play in 1916. [link]
