I couldn't agree more. Despite Penn State (or maybe because of Target 10), the Big Ten leads the nation in basketball attendance attendance. In one of the most thorough blog posts I've ever read, Rumors and Rants examines the ten biggest falls from grace. Are we are really still talking about this?
