That no-good Tyler Kepner beat me to it on Bats , but Brian Cashman had some interesting things to say about Mark Melancon yesterday. The right-handed reliever has been dominating the Eastern League at Trenton. In 12 appearances, he has allowed 19 hits and eight earned runs over 32.1 innings with six walks and 30 strikeouts.
